I know everyone waits for something. At some point. And everyones waiting looks different. But this one is just too much. How is a parent supposed to meet her child for the first time, slowly start bonding, and then just leave? For months. The little child who slowly started to let a grown up inis too young to rememeber after all these months. Once again. She’s abandoned.
She’s in an orphanage where she’s been all of her life. It’s a short life so far and she won’t remember much when she’s older. But why is she in an orphanage? She’s not an orphan. She has a family, dying to go get her. We miss our little girl.
Please Bulgaria. Let us have our baby girl.

Hi Josefine,
I’m so sorry to hear you are still waiting for your little girl. I have been following your blog and was excited to see a new post as I was sure it was because you had received a travel date. I hope you will travel very soon to pick up your little girl.
Best wishes
Nicola
The waiting is the hardest part, especially after you meet your child. It pains me to think that we’ll have to do this. For Russia, we had to wait only 3 weeks before we went back to pick them up. Bulgaria’s wait is just so incredibly long between trips that I think it does more harm than good for the children. Hopefully, you’ll get word soon to pick up your princess. Best wishes.
